I had the best experience with the selection of Ruben A. Sanchez as my realtor, we work together so well and it was a pleasure talking to him, his knowledge and dedication was amazing. I recommended Ruben to other people that were interesting in selling their property. Before meeting Ruben in we had two or three phone calls, exchange some e-mails and when I met him in person it was an amazing connection, he was my realtor, my friend and suddenly became my Godson. The best realtor you can possible have.Ruben selected a company to photograph and take area drone pictures, he listed the property and the same day he had a call with an interested party and that same person was who bought my property. Ruben is a true professional knowledgable about the local real estate market and willing to go the extra mile to meet clients' needs. My overall experience with Mr Ruben Sanchez DoMi adviser has well exceeded my expectation in all the aspect of the sales process. Never once did I worry about things getting done. When a question would arise between my wife and I he would have the answer before I would ask it. He was always one step ahead. He would have periodic phone calls once or twice a week to give us updates of where we are and what’s next.My wife and I will use his services with all our future transactions. My husband and I cannot be more thankful to have had Ruben as our realtor for the purchase of our first home. He was nothing short of great!From the very beginning, Ruben set realistic expectations about the home-buying process, knew very well how to deal with VA loans, was very patient and educated us along the way.Although COVID-19 made things more interesting than usual, he took on the challenge and helped us find our home in 3 months time before having to renew our apartment lease for another year.I will definitely recommend him and he will definitely be our realtor for any future purchases or sales!

Ruben Sanchez has been the best broker one could ever want. I wouldn't consider buying another property in Brickell without Ruben on our side.
